Enables constraint comparison between two baselines (eg Project Management Baseline and Current)

Simple customisable Working Day  Excel GANTT Chart – With Day/Week/Month adjustable timescale + Start/Finish lags

Same as our 5 day GANTT Chart, but now you can customise what working days you want to work  Set by default to include Saturdays as a working day – so a 6 Day Working Week.  Could also be used to work middle eastern countries as well.  Adds lag either to the start or the end of an activity to allow what if scenarios.

 Simple Excel GANTT Chart – With Day/Week/Month adjustable timescale!

Ever had a PM or engineer ask you for something simple to put down their thoughts before a meeting with you?  This allows them to think out their programme without MSP or Primavera.  Whether it’s a simple programme for the next few days, weeks or months you can easily readjust the chart with the drop down menu or scroll bar.  No Macros required.  Automatically generates the finish date based off the duration, or overwrite the formula with your own dates.

 

EV Dashboard – Stored Baseline Performance

Earned Value Dashboard that stores SPI/EAC per user defined period.  Data entirely generated from Primavera – Only user input required is entering the Data Date!

Uses Macros to store SPI/EAC to a log sheet with commented code to you can expand the functionality yourself.

Generates graph per individual resource.  Uses the “Simple and Generic Programme for Reporting” XER listed below.  Zip file contains the layouts used.

EV Simple Automated Dashboard

Simple Excel EV graphs with scroll bars.  Calculations laid out to generate off a simple total project complete %.  Below programme and cost report was used to generate figures.

Primavera Simple and Generic Programme for Reporting

Simple XER (for Primavera v8.2 – you can open in notepad and change the version number to import into previous or future versions) with basic logic and resourcing with no levelling – just as test data to prove EV Automated Dashboard.

Simple Activity layout & Cost Report Layout for Primavera

The activity layout used in generating this dashboard & Simple cost report layout for Resource Allocation – shows the period by period actual spend, forecast remaining and Anticipated Final cost in three simple rows per resource/task. (updated into Zip File to aid with downloading!
